Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
1. General
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all services (the "Services") provided by this platform ("we", "the Company"). By using the Services, you ("User" or "you") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
We are committed to providing services globally while complying with local laws and regulations. The Services may vary in features, content, or usage restrictions depending on the region, but these Terms apply globally in general, and in regions with legal conflicts, the relevant provisions will be interpreted and enforced in a manner consistent with local regulations.
2. Use of the Services
Access to the Services
Users may need to register an account to access certain services. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account, including but not limited to keeping your password confidential and preventing unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts under reasonable circumstances, such as discovering false registration information or violations of these Terms.
Rules of Use
Users agree to use the Services only in a lawful, ethical manner consistent with these Terms. Any behavior that may interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Services or infringe upon the rights of others is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Accessing without authorization, attempting to hack, or tampering with any part of the Services;
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Infringing intellectual property rights, such as plagiarizing or misappropriating others' content;
- Engaging in harassment, defamation, fraud, or other unethical behavior.
Changes and Interruptions of the Services
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Services when necessary. This may be due to technical maintenance, security issues, business adjustments, or other reasonable causes. We will try to notify users in advance, but this may not be possible in emergencies.
For any losses caused by changes or interruptions of the Services, we are liable only to the extent required by law.
3. User Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit, publish, or share content within the Services ("User Content"). Users bear full responsibility for their User Content.
Users warrant that their User Content:
- Does not infringe any legal rights of third parties, including intellectual property, privacy, or reputation rights;
- Complies with local laws, regulations, and ethical standards;
- Does not contain false or misleading information.
We have the right but not the obligation to review User Content. We may, at our discretion, delete, refuse to publish, or take other measures against User Content that violates these Terms. Our storage and processing of User Content is based on the need to provide the Services and does not imply endorsement of the ownership or legality of the User Content.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services themselves and all intellectual property rights contained therein, including but not limited to software code, text, graphics, images, audio, and video ("Company IP"), are owned by the Company or its licensors. Without our written permission, users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise infringe the Company IP.
For User Content submitted through the use of the Services, users retain ownership of the content, but users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license so that we may use, copy, modify, publish, display, and distribute the User Content for legitimate purposes such as providing and improving the Services and conducting promotions.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect user privacy. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. By using the Services, users agree that we may collect, use, store, and protect their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may share certain non-personally identifiable information with partners for purposes such as business operations, analytics, and service improvement, in compliance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
6. Paid Services and Refund Policy
If the Services include paid items ("Paid Services"), users agree to pay the corresponding fees according to the prices and payment methods we publish. Prices for Paid Services may vary depending on region, service content, or other factors.
All payments are final and generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. However, in specific circumstances, such as when services cannot be provided due to our fault or seriously deviate from what was advertised, we will consider refunds through a reasonable process. The specific refund policy will be published on the relevant Paid Services page.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or virus-freeness of the Services.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Services (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
We are not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties arising from the use of the Services, but we will provide assistance within a reasonable scope to resolve disputes.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
For any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a people's court of competent jurisdiction for resolution.
