It brings every order into one workspace: orders are imported automatically from your online store, order statuses are managed end to end — production, labeling, and shipping — and tracking numbers are written back to each order automatically.
Built-in on-demand fulfillment completes the loop: buyer customization files are matched to production tasks, products are manufactured only after they are sold, and QQHPod handles quoting, label purchase, carrier pickup, tracking synchronization, and after-sales status reporting as one closed loop. Sellers never hold inventory — there is nothing to stock in advance and nothing to pack by hand.

Authorize your store securely via OAuth. Access tokens are kept valid with automatic refresh, and multiple stores can be managed from a single account.
2. Automatic Order Sync
Orders are pulled on a fixed schedule and pushed in real time via webhooks, so each order enters your management queue within minutes of checkout.
3. Shipping Services & Rates
Select warehouses and delivery methods, then compare live quotes from multiple carriers before committing to a shipment.
4. Official Shipping Label Purchase
A guided four-step flow — quote, create parcel, schedule pickup, download label. Labels are archived as PDF and tracking numbers are written back to the order automatically.
5. Seller-Shipped Order Marking
For self-fulfilled orders, submit your own tracking number and mark the order shipped; QQHPod reports the status back to your store.
6. Production Fulfillment Linkage
Buyer customization files are matched to factory production tasks; finished goods are scanned out and shipped directly to buyers.
7. Webhook Event Subscription
Subscribe to order and logistics events. Every callback is verified with an HMAC-SHA256 signature before it is accepted.
